I love these songs because they are very creative, catchy, and no other teacher has anything like it! To be honest in the beginning of 7th grade I did not like math all that much. I liked the songs because it made me more active in class. For example when we would learn a song we would get up and have to do the moves. In order for us to do that we would have to get out of our desk and learn the steps. This also made math fun. I could get up in class and move around. Math became more enjoyable. When I got stuck on a test problem I would sing the songs in my head, then I would know what I would have to do. I hope the songs will help your kids the same way it helped me.

I like these songs because I am not good at memorizing things, but when it’s a song, I can. Probably since the jingles get stuck in my head. It is a year later and I still remember and use the songs. They also help me and still do help make tests easier. My attitude has changed toward math because I enjoy being silly and singing the songs! I am able to do that and still learn. That makes math even more fun!

These songs are precious and fun that you can use at any age whenever you are doing math. I love them because they are easy to remember and they are great helpers when you get stuck. These songs really made a difference for me because I now think of formulas as clear, easy to understand songs instead of a jumble of confusing numbers and signs. They have helped me this year in 4th grade and I plan on using them in my future math classes to help me remember formulas. I think they are fun, easy and they make me laugh. When I first heard a math song I felt so stupid doing the dancing moves. Then I realized during my test the image came to me. At the beginning of the year I didn’t like math or the school very well. I got so caught up in the songs and I had a really fun time in math. My attitude towards math has positively changed because of the songs/jingles and dance moves. At the end of the year math was my favorite class.
